As their search for a bed for the night takes an increasingly absurd turn, they discover that their own philosophy; appearances are everything, is about to be put to the ultimate test.

Faced with scepticism, rejection and the powerful establishment of Victorian banking, he begins a remarkable journey built on determination, relationships and trust. But as his influence grows, a looming financial crisis threatens everything he has worked to build.
